Role Description The Sales Officer role at Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd is a full time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Sales Officer will manage daily sales operations, including visiting retail and channel partners, promoting products, and ensuring effective merchandising and visibility of the brand. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.



The role also involves coordinating with distributors and internal teams, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Officer is expected to actively support promotions, drive revenue growth in the assigned territory, and uphold the company’s standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing abilities, with skills in Customer Service and Communication.
Proficiency in sales-focused activities, including Lead Generation and Sales Operations.
Experience in Channel Sales, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a territory or set of accounts.
Good knowledge of the local Guwahati market and surrounding regions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports.
