Position Overview
Terralogic Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior L2 Support DevOps Engineer to oversee, optimize, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as a critical technical escalation point, delivering world-class service and operational reliability to our global clientele.
We are looking for a professional with 6+ years of experience who possesses exceptional communication skills and thrives in a high-collaboration, fully on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
System Reliability Engineering: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments to ensure maximum uptime, scalability, and performance.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for prominent US and European stakeholders, leading technical bridges and incident resolution calls.
Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify system bottlenecks and develop robust automation scripts to minimize manual intervention and streamline workflows.
Incident & SLA Management: Own the L2 escalation workflow,



ensuring swift incident resolution in strict compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications
Qualified Experience: A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Communication Excellence: Advanced verbal and written English communication skills, with a verified track record of managing enterprise-level clients in North America and Europe.
Work Model Alignment: Full commitment to working on-site from our Bengaluru office 5 days a week.
Operational Flexibility: Willingness to operate within a 24/7 rotational shift environment to ensure continuous support for global operations.

Technical Proficiencies
Containerization & Orchestration: Advanced proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD Deployment: Hands-on experience managing pipelines via Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
