Role Description:
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitments, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, HR Communications and more based at Current Delhi office. This full-time role involves maintaining HR policies,



supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role includes coordinating recruitment activities, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting with compensation and benefits administration. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and support learning and development initiatives. The individual will also maintain accurate HR data, prepare periodic reports, and act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, HR administration, and HRIS or HR software tools.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to draft, implement, and update policies aligned with local reg
