Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role leads the end-to-end sales function, including developing and implementing sales strategies, setting revenue targets, and overseeing the sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client accounts,



identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs. The Head of Sales will guide and coach the sales team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making. This position also involves building long-term relationships with partners and advertisers, representing BrandCommunion at industry events, and contributing to overall business growth.
