Role Description The DSA Mentor role at Pregrad is a contract, on-site position based in Sadar. In this role, the mentor guides students through Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) concepts, helps them strengthen problem-solving skills, and supports preparation for technical interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive sessions, reviewing and explaining code solutions,



providing individualized feedback, and clarifying doubts in both group and 1:1 formats. The mentor collaborates with the Pregrad team to align mentoring activities with program outcomes, track learner progress, and contribute to a practice-focused learning environment.
Qualifications

Solid proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms and solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language commonly used for DSA (such as C++, Java, or Python).
Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible terms to learners at varying skill levels.
Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or guiding students or junior developers in technical subjects.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-first mindset and patience in addressing questions.
