Role Description The IGCSE English Tutor (Grades 9–10) will deliver high-quality, syllabus-aligned English tutoring to students through structured lessons and individualized support. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging sessions, explaining core concepts in literature and language, reinforcing English grammar skills,



and helping learners improve reading, writing, and critical analysis. The tutor will track student progress, provide regular feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet each learner’s needs and goals. The role also involves collaborating with the UnboundYou team to refine learning resources and share insights on student performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong instructional skills in English Teaching, with proven experience in Tutoring students in Grades 9–10.
Proficiency in English Grammar and the IGCSE English curriculum, including reading, writing, and literature components.
Excellent Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly, giving constructive feedback, and engaging with students and families.
Experience with Online Tutoring or blended learning methods, and comfort using digital tools and platforms to support instruction.
