Role Description
The Head – Institutional Partnership is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading and expanding CBS GROUP OF COMPANIES’ relationships with universities and other academic institutions.



This role involves identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, negotiating and closing institutional agreements, and managing long-term strategic relationships to support outreach, engagement, and growth objectives. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to design joint initiatives, campaigns, and programs aligned with partner needs and CBS’s mission. Day-to-day activities include overseeing partnership pipelines, monitoring performance metrics, preparing proposals and presentations, and representing CBS at meetings, events, and conferences. The role requires proactive stakeholder engagement, regular on-ground interaction with institutional partners, and continuous market scanning to inform partnership strategy.
