Role Overview

We are looking for Product Engineer to support Retail Assets Automation testing and production stability. The role focuses on defect resolution, root-cause analysis, test automation coverage, and stabilization across the Retail Assets module.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Defect Management

Support defect resolution for Retail Assets Automation testing and PBIs in production.
Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module.
Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.

Production Support

Triage and resolve critical production incidents.
Conduct root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.
Coordinate with Development teams on patches, upgrades, and defect resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting.
Experience with Retail Assets module testing and automation.
Robust defect triage, root-cause analysis, and production support skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across development and cross-entity teams.
