We are hiring We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Electronics Field Service and Customer Support Engineer to join our team at our Hyderabad branch.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Set up, install, and commission laboratory and industrial weighing equipment.
Calibration & Documentation: Perform accurate calibration of weighing equipment and manage compliance documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
Industrial Automation & Process Weighing: Configure and troubleshoot load cells for various industrial applications and handle communication protocols including RS-485, TCP/IP, and PLC integration.
Hardware & PCB Maintenance: Perform PCB traceouts, fault finding,



and component-level troubleshooting using multimeters and diagnostic test instruments.
Customer Support & Sales Coordination: Follow up with customers regarding service needs, quotations, and ongoing technical support.
Reporting: Maintain service logs and documentation using MS Office.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in field service, weighing equipment, or industrial automation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in load cell applications, UART/industrial communications, PCB component troubleshooting, and test instrument handling.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
