Role Description The Call Agent – USA Process role is a remote contract position focused on handling inbound and outbound calls for clients serving the U.S. market.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, documenting call details, and following established scripts and workflows to ensure consistent service quality. The Call Agent will assist with basic troubleshooting, schedule appointments or follow-ups, escalate complex issues when necessary, and maintain adherence to client-specific guidelines and performance targets. This role also involves collaborating with project managers, updating CRM or tracking systems, and contributing to a professional, courteous, and productive customer experience across all interactions.
