About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation / Business Development Officer to join our export business team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, international business development, and finding overseas buyers for pharmaceutical products.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical buyers in international markets and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified B2B leads from international/export markets.
* Identify and research pharmaceutical importers, distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and buyers.
* Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, email databases and other online platforms.




* Verify and maintain accurate buyer/company information.
* Contact prospects through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone calls and other business channels.
* Send company introductions, product information
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective international clients.
* Qualify leads based on product requirements, market, order quantity and business potential.
* Maintain lead and follow-up records in Excel
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 1–1.5 years of experience in lead generation/business development.
* Prior experience in export lead generation is strongly preferred.
* Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare export or B2B international sales will be an advantage or other will work
* Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google research, IndiaMART, trade portals and online lead-generation techniques.
* Strong communication skills in English,
