We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, monitor & optimize paid campaigns.
Analyze performance, A/B test, and improve ROI & conversions.
Manage audience targeting, remarketing & funnel strategies.
Collaborate with creative/content teams on ad creatives and messaging.
Prepare performance reports and present insights.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Robust understanding of PPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS & conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Agency/multi-brand experience is a plus.
