2)Learn activity procedures, equipment handling, guest briefing and safety protocols.
3)Support daily inspection and maintenance of adventure activity areas and equipment.
4)Ensure guests follow safety instructions throughout the activity.
5)Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism.
