Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

Handle recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration.

‍

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring coordination.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Lead employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee training and development activities.
Process payroll inputs, manage attendance and leave records, and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws,



statutory requirements, and company policies.
Manage performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and employee relations activities.
Oversee all office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, inventory control, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, security, and office infrastructure management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to maintain efficient administrative operations.
Enforce adherence to health, safety, and company standards while promoting a safe and productive work workplace.
Plan and execute engagement activities and welfare programs.
Organize meetings, conferences, and official events.
Monitor office expenses and budgets.
Manage company documents, agreements, and licenses renewal.
