Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at River Heritage Resort in Ramnagar. The role involves overseeing daily front office operations, including reception, check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries. The Front Office Manager ensures high standards of guest service, manages front office staff schedules and performance, and coordinates with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring occupancy and room status,



handling billing and payments, and implementing policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. The role also involves training team members, managing escalations, and ensuring the front office area is professional, welcoming, and aligned with the resort’s brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong front office and customer service skills, with experience managing reception, reservations, and guest interactions.
Proven ability in customer satisfaction and communication, including handling guest feedback, resolving complaints, and maintaining a skilled demeanor.
Solid office administration capabilities, including record-keeping, report generation, and coordination with other departments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
