Role Description The Billing RCM Trainer (Physician & Hospital Billing) is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs on end-to-end RCM workflows, including patient registration, charge entry, coding, billing, payment posting, AR follow-up,



and denials management for physician practices and hospitals. The trainer conducts classroom and floor-based coaching, develops training materials and SOPs, evaluates trainee performance, and provides ongoing refresher sessions to keep teams current with payer guidelines and regulatory changes. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with operations leaders to identify skill gaps, standardizing best practices, supporting new-hire onboarding, and ensuring that billing teams meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in U.S. Physician and Hospital Billing, including RCM processes, AR management, denials resolution, and payer-specific guidelines.
Hands-on experience with medical coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS), charge capture, and documentation requirements; exposure to risk adjustment/HCC coding is an advantage.
