Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in South Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across international markets.



This role includes developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align service offerings with client needs and ensure smooth onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve market research, competitor analysis, reporting on sales performance, and representing Navigant Technologies at client meetings and relevant industry events.
