Role Description: We are looking for a seasoned SEO specialist with 4-5years of experience to own and scale our organic search strategy across traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization).



This role is responsible for driving qualified organic traffic and lead generation and ensuring our digital presence performs well not just on Google, but across AI-driven search and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist and executor who can audit, plan, and drive execution for Stryder and it's clients. This role owns growth across Organic, Social, Referral, and LLM/AI-driven traffic channels, with strong working knowledge of CRO and Social Media to ensure traffic translates into engagement and qualified leads.
