? We're Hiring | Marketing & Sales Associate (B2B Technology)
Cruxx Solutions is looking for 1–2 Marketing & Sales Associates to help us grow our flagship robotics software platform and engineering services.

Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients across the robotics, UAV, defence, industrial automation, and technology sectors.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and client database.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM/sales records.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development.
• Work closely with the founders to shape the company's sales and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements




• 6 months of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role. (Freshers with solid background can also apply)
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus).
• Confident in cold calling, emailing, and professional client interactions.
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with B2B sales, CRM tools, or the technology sector is a bonus.
