YOUR IMPACT:
As a Lead Senior Software Engineer at OpenText, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions within an Agile development workplace. You will analyze requirements, identify technical risks, develop high-quality software, and help ensure solutions meet standards for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.




You will work closely with teams across geographies, take ownership of complex technical challenges, and drive assigned work through to completion. Your strong technical and analytical skills will be critical in resolving complex defects and customer challenges.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Analyze requirements, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to minimize user impact.
Translate requirements into implementation plans, including effort estimates and task breakdowns.
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software in line with technical specifications.
Participate throughout the software development lifecycle within an Agile team.
Collaborate with engineering teams across different geographies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and customer issues.
