About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on GTM Marketing Executive who has experience taking AI/SaaS products from 0 to 1. You will own product positioning, launches, campaigns, user acquisition, and growth across multiple products and customer segments.
Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience launching a new product from scratch.
Experience with AI, SaaS, EdTech, B2C, or B2B products preferred.
Strong understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, growth, and digital marketing.
Ability to simplify complex AI/technical products into compelling customer messaging.
Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:




Build and execute 0-to-1 GTM strategies for AI/SaaS products and features.
Define ICP, target segments, positioning, messaging, and use cases.
Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, WhatsApp, communities, and partnerships.
Drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion through continuous experimentation.
Create product marketing content including landing pages, campaigns, product stories, case studies, and social content.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams.
Manage multiple products and campaigns independently, from strategy to execution.
Good to Have:
Experience with GenAI/LLMs, AI agents, Conversational AI, PLG, communities, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.
