Position Summary

Level: Consultant, Managed Services

As a Salesforce QA Consultant, you will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM implementations across the full delivery lifecycle. Working within an Agile delivery team, you will design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional,



regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. You will leverage Salesforce-specific testing tools alongside standard automation frameworks, collaborate closely with developers and business analysts, and drive a quality-first culture across sprint delivery.

Work you’ll do:

Design, build, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
Execute functional testing across Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud — including custom Apex, LWC components, Flows, and declarative configurations.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce-compatible testing tools (Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or equivalent) and Selenium-based frameworks.
