Key Responsibilities:
Edit both short-form and long-form video advertisements specifically designed for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Perform professional colour correction and colour grading to enhance the visual quality and consistency of videos.
Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, visual designers,



and videographers to fully understand campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Develop multiple versions of video ads for A/B testing, experimenting with different hooks, call-to-action buttons, and thumbnails.
Optimize videos for silent viewing by incorporating subtitles, graphics, and other relevant visual elements.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all video edits.
Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
Implement feedback quickly and accurately.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital advertising, editing techniques, and platform Algorithms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in editing digital advertisements (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of colour correction, colour grading, and colour theory.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
