Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries for cycling expeditions, adventure travel experiences.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tours and experiences.
Explain tour itineraries, inclusions, safety guidelines, pricing, payment details, and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records using CRM and Excel.




Follow up consistently with prospective customers and work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the Operations team for confirmed bookings and customer requirements.
Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.
Support sales campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to booking.

Skills & Qualifications

1.5-3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Handling
Strong verbal and written communication with confident customer handling and follow-ups
Ability to manage leads, work with sales targets, and maintain follow-up schedules
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
Good organizational and coordination skills
Experience in Travel Sales or Adventure Tourism is preferred
Interest in cycling, trekking, fitness, or outdoor activities is an advantage
