About the Role

We're hiring an SDR to own outbound conversations for our US-based client accounts. You'll be sending outreach on LinkedIn/email, engaging replies, and moving prospects toward booked calls - following our SOPs while bringing your own conversational instinct to keep replies natural, not robotic.

What You'll Do
Send outbound messages (LinkedIn + email) to prospect lists provided by the team
Handle inbound replies and keep conversations going — objection handling, follow-ups, qualifying interest
Personalize outreach within brand voice/SOP guidelines, not generic copy-paste
Track conversation status and hand off qualified leads/booked calls to the right person
Flag what's working/not working in messaging back to the campaign owner
Learn and strictly follow SOPs for tone, cadence, compliance (esp. financial services messaging norms)
Who You Are
1–3 years in SDR/BDR, outbound sales,



or high-volume messaging role (LinkedIn outreach experience a strong plus)
Excellent written English: can hold a natural, human-sounding conversation over text
Proactive: doesn't wait to be told, flags issues and suggests tweaks
Quick learner, comfortable following detailed SOPs without needing hand-holding after onboarding
Comfortable with high message volume and multitasking across multiple client threads/campaigns
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services or B2B SaaS outbound
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outreach automation platforms
