Role Description The Senior Manager CRM is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for overseeing customer relationship management processes, including tracking inquiries, managing customer data, and ensuring timely responses to prospects and existing clients. The role involves designing and implementing CRM strategies, monitoring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and project teams to optimize customer journeys. Daily tasks include analyzing customer feedback and behavior,
