About Booncart
Booncart is a growing D2C startup that designs and sells celebration kits — DIY decoration kits, themed party concepts, and curated return gifts. We're building a lean, high-ownership team of specialists in marketing, portal management, design, and procurement, and we're now looking for someone to bring it all together operationally.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager who has real experience running a D2C/ecommerce business — someone who has seen the full cycle from concept to cart to doorstep. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate our marketing, design, procurement, and portal teams to plan, execute, and grow the business end to end.

Key Responsibilities
•Plan and drive seasonal celebration themes and kit concepts in collaboration with the design team.




•Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely sourcing of materials for each concept/kit.
•Oversee the WooCommerce portal — product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and site upkeep — working with the portal management team.
•Guide and align the digital marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and content calendars to drive traffic and sales.
•Manage the full order lifecycle: order processing, fulfillment coordination, shipping, and delivery tracking.
•Set up and monitor customer feedback loops; use insights to improve products, packaging, and service.
•Track sales performance, conversion rates, and repeat purchase metrics; report progress to the founder.
•Identify recent celebration/occasion opportunities (festivals, birthdays, baby showers, etc.) to expand the catalog.
