Position Summary

We are looking for a qualified with 8+ years of experience in Technology strategy and/or business consulting to be part of the NVTI team in India. The NVTI team helps in setting the long-term direction for Deloitte, its businesses, and enabling areas by applying an integrated, strategic approach to complex, high-impact issues and opportunities. The team uses advanced techniques to identify and analyze emerging business and technological trends that are affecting our firm and our clients. We seek to educate our clients and equip our firm to understand and act on the implications of the trends we identify. The candidate should be self-motivated, technology savvy, and able to work well with a diverse set of professionals across India and the US.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, AI and Data Solutions on the NVTI team, you will be responsible for supporting high-impact, high-visibility projects aligned to Deloitte leadership priorities.

Analyze large, disparate data sets using Structured Query Language (SQL), Python,



and data integration tools to support business and technology priorities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that translate analytical results into stakeholder-ready insights.
Define, document, and maintain business metrics, key performance indicators, and supporting source-of-truth documentation.
Collaborate on business process design, including current-state and future-state process mapping and translation of requirements for technical teams.
Create and maintain logical data models, data mappings, application programming interface (API) and integration specifications, and technical documentation for delivery teams.
