Role Description

Runs high-volume human medical translation from ten source languages into English, against a 24-hour turnaround on safety-critical records.
What you will own
• Own daily throughput across ten source languages at scale, with a 24-hour clock on the safety-critical tier.
• Triage incoming records by tier and route them to the right translator, reviser and subject matter reviewer.
• Protect the do-not-translate rules — error codes, device identifiers, part numbers, serials — through structured file handling.
• Manage capacity daily and escalate shortfalls before they become misses.
