Role Description The Social Media Content Creator & Multimedia Storyteller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and producing engaging content for social media platforms, including short videos, graphics, student and teacher stories, and event highlights that reflect the school’s vision and daily life. The person in this role will manage social media calendars,



capture and edit photo and video content on campus, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to source stories and updates. Daily tasks include writing captions and posts, monitoring engagement and responding to community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies. The role also includes coordinating with designers, photographers, and vendors when needed to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
Qualifications
Solid skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and basic graphic design.
Ability to craft clear, engaging written content such as captions, posts, and short narratives tailored to different platforms.
