Job Requirements

Design fixtures, tooling,



and small automated machines to support a lean manufacturing environment (compact size, quick cycle time, ease of use and changeover, and repeatability are key).
Create 3D Models of mechanical tooling and fixtures used for manufacturing assembly processes
Improve and repair existing fixtures, tooling, and machines in a manufacturing setting.
Interface with Industrial and Development Engineers and outside vendors to procure complex automated machines.
Good experience in using pneumatic and hydraulics.
Maintain high quality / compliance standards in line with Medical Devices manufacturing requirements within Creganna, TE Medical
Properly document and internally communicate all technical discoveries, inventions, and intellectual property. Maintain confidential and proprietary information and communications as property of TE.
Generate detailed 2D drawings to include GD&T.;
