We are aggressively scaling our core teams across tech, product, design, merchandising, category management, and operations, and we are looking for a relentless TA Lead to drive hyper-growth hiring.

The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take complete ownership of our end-to-end talent engine. You will partner directly with the Founders, Business Heads, and Hiring Managers to build and execute high-velocity hiring roadmaps.

This is not an administrative HR role—it is a fast-paced, high-ownership mandate for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in early-stage, 0-to-1 environments,



loves headhunting exceptional talent, and knows how to close top-tier candidates fast.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle across non-tech and tech verticals—including Fashion Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce/Shopify Operations, Product, Marketing, and Field Ops.

Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage non-traditional sourcing channels, deep Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Behance/Dribbble, and talent networks to build solid active and passive candidate pipelines.

Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Founders and Vertical Heads to understand team capacity plans, craft role profiles, and set clear scorecard-based evaluation frameworks.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a transparent, seamless, and high-touch candidate journey from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
