We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage our ongoing construction works at the Trivandrum Railway Station Redevelopment Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for execution, planning and day-to-day project management
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, targets and resource requirements
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and site teams
• Manage civil works including RCC, structural works, masonry, finishing and associated activities
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, productivity and subcontractor performance
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and commercial risks early and implement corrective actions
• Monitor quantities, progress, billing requirements and cost against project targets
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide explicit reporting to management




• Drive the project towards timely completion while maintaining quality and cost control

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in managing large civil/building/infrastructure projects
• Railway station, commercial building or major infrastructure project experience will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural and finishing works
• Good understanding of planning, BOQ, drawings, quantity tracking and subcontractor management
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving capabilities
• Must be comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of site execution and project delivery
