Role Description

Builds and holds the freelance linguist bench the programme runs on — recruiting continuously, qualifying rigorously, and keeping good people engaged between assignments.
What you will own
• Recruit, qualify and onboard freelance linguists across twenty-plus language combinations, under the ISO 17100 supplier qualification framework.
• Run the qualification process: credential verification, test translations, calibration and scoring.
• Negotiate and maintain rate agreements, and protect programme margin language pair by language pair.
• Maintain bench depth against forecast volume, with particular attention to the scarce language pairs.
• Keep the bench warm — availability tracking, engagement, and prompt payment.
• Administer non-disclosure agreem
