?️ Territory: Entire Medinipur Region – Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur & Jhargram

We are looking for an experienced Site Inspection Engineer to join our growing Retail Valuation Team and independently handle site inspections across the entire Medinipur region. ?

? Territory Coverage

The selected candidate will be responsible for site inspections across:

? Purba Medinipur
? Paschim Medinipur
? Jhargram

The ideal candidate should preferably be based in Kharagpur or Midnapore town or nearby areas, making it easier to efficiently cover the entire territory. ??

?‍? Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as a Site Inspection Engineer
✅ Experience in Real Estate / Property Valuation Site Inspection is mandatory
✅ Knowledge of property inspection, measurements, photographs, location verification & basic technical assessment




✅ Ability to independently travel across the assigned territory
✅ Good knowledge of local areas and road connectivity will be an advantage
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple site inspections efficiently in a day
✅ Only experienced candidates are eligible
