Role Description The Chemistry Faculty will deliver engaging, exam-focused instruction in Chemistry for NEET aspirants in the Greater Kolkata Area. This full-time, in office role includes planning and conducting classroom sessions, explaining complex concepts in Physical, Organic,



and Inorganic Chemistry, and aligning teaching with NEET exam patterns and syllabi. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing study materials, designing practice questions and tests, and analyzing student performance to provide targeted feedback. The faculty member will also clarify doubts in small groups or one-on-one, participate in curriculum refinement, collaborate with other subject experts, and contribute to academic content for online and offline learning resources.
Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry, including Physical Chemistry and related NEET-level topics.
Ability to connect Chemistry concepts with basic Physics where relevant to NEET problem-solving.
Skills in Curriculum Development and instructional design for competitive exam preparation.
Research skills to stay current with NEET exam trends, updated syllabi, and peda
