Sales & Customer Care Executive – Logistics/Shipping

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Experience: Logistics- Mandatory

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Executive with prior experience in the Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding or Courier industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and onboard new clients.
Handle existing customers and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.
Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for customer requirements.
Handle customer queries, shipment updates and service-related issues.
Support business development and achieve sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements




1–3 years of Sales / Customer Care experience.
Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
Experience in client acquisition/onboarding and customer handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Candidates residing in or willing to commute regularly to Vaishali, Ghaziabad will be preferred.

Note: Candidates without Logistics/Shipping industry experience will not be considered.
