As we scale, we are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Manager who can help us hire exceptional people across business, technology, operations, sales, finance, and product functions.

Role Overview:-
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the best candidates reach our hiring managers.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused recruitment role where success is measured by the number of quality interviews and successful hires—not by administrative HR work.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Call candidates and explain the prospect.
Screen candidates for basic eligibility and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Follow up continuously to reduce interview drop-offs.
Coordinate interview feedback with internal teams.




Maintain a healthy hiring pipeline for all open positions.
Build talent pools for future hiring.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards.

What We're Looking For?
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable making 50–100 candidate calls every day.
Strong follow-up skills and persistence.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask across multiple hiring positions.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and recruitment tools.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

Good to Have:-
Experience hiring for startups.
Experience recruiting for Sales, Tech, Product, Operations, or Finance roles.
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
