Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on courses and career opportunities.
Guide students through the admission process.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and career prospects.
Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counseling and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Prior experience in counseling, education, or inside sales is preferred.
