About the Role
Amasia Solar is expanding its B2B distribution network across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and is looking for an Area Sales Manager – B2B Distribution to drive channel expansion, partner development and sales growth across an assigned territory.
This is a field-intensive role for professionals who have experience building dealer, distributor, EPC or channel-partner networks and want to build a career in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

Hyderabad / ORR – South, Central & West Telangana
Andhra Pradesh
Rajahmundry – Coastal & North Andhra Pradesh
Kadapa – Rayalaseema & South Andhra Pradesh
The selected candidate will be assigned one primary territory and will be expected to travel extensively across the assigned districts.

Key Responsibilities
Identify,



onboard and activate new solar EPC contractors, electrical dealers, system integrators and channel partners.
Develop and manage a strong B2B distribution network across assigned districts.
Drive monthly sales volumes for Avaada solar modules, on-grid/hybrid inverters and energy storage solutions.
Identify competitor-brand users and convert suitable EPCs and dealers through robust commercial propositions, product availability and technical support.
Plan and execute regular field visits, dealer meetings, site evaluations and commercial negotiations.
Maintain a structured weekly tour and territory plan, including approximately 14–16 field days per month.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate payment collection before dispatch.
Maintain accurate sales reports, partner records and CRM updates.
Achieve assigned revenue, volume and channel-development targets.
