Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and working with CRM software. The ideal candidate will support lead generation, campaign optimization, and customer engagement initiatives across digital channels while leveraging CRM tools to track, analyze, and improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or other relevant channels
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad assets
CRM & Lead Management
Manage and update leads, contacts, and pipelines within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, workflows, and automations
Track lead sources and campaign attribution through CRM reports
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation,



and compliance with data policies
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM reports
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality
Collaboration & Optimization
Work closely with sales teams to align on lead quality and follow-up processes
Support website optimization initiatives related to paid traffic and lead capture
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and CRM best practices
