Role Description The Social Media Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and leading the overall social media strategy across platforms to build brand awareness,



engagement, and community for Bubz. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, overseeing content creation (visuals, video, copy), publishing posts, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Head will manage social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations, while actively engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and community initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with marketing, design, and sales teams, tracking trends in the beverage and lifestyle space, and optimizing campaigns based on data and insights.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and platform management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
Skills in content creation and storytelling, including copywriting, visual briefing, and basic understanding of short-form video formats and reels.
