Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of fettling equipment, as well as providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting solutions. Additionally, the role involves conducting field service operations and maintaining excellent communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.





Qualifications
Robust skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
Experience in Field Service and understanding of operations in industrial environments.
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment, ensuring machinery is operational and reliable.
Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and team members professionally and clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in an on-site setting.
Relevant educational background in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred.
Previous experience in the manufacturing or foundry sector is advantageous
Electrical and Electronic engineers preferred.
