Role Description The ABP (Agency Business Partner) role is a part-time, on-site position based in Mathura. The role involves developing and managing a network of insurance advisors, supporting them in achieving sales targets,



and driving growth in individual life insurance business. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales activities, conducting regular training and mentoring sessions for advisors, and monitoring performance and compliance with company policies. The ABP is expected to build strong customer relationships, ensure high-quality service, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation. Collaboration with branch teams and participation in local marketing and customer engagement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
