About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing large-scale outbound email campaigns.
This is not a newsletter or email design role.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified B2B opportunities through cold email while maintaining strong deliverability, targeting the right decision-makers, and continuously improving positive reply and meeting-booking rates.
Successful high-volume email marketing is not simply about sending more emails.



It requires the right data, infrastructure, segmentation, copy, deliverability, testing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute high-volume B2B cold email campaigns.
Manage multiple sending domains and email inboxes.
Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and other email authentication records.
Manage inbox warm-up and sender reputation.
Monitor domain and mailbox health.
Scale sending volume while maintaining solid deliverability.
Target relevant B2B decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CMOs, marketing heads, agency owners, and department heads.
Segment leads based on industry, geography, company size, designation, and other relevant criteria.
Verify email databases and maintain clean lead lists.
Monitor and control bounce rates.
Write and test cold email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up sequences.
Build multi-step automated outreach campaigns.
Run A/B tests across copy,
