Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain automated UI and API test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript
Develop and enhance scalable, component-based and Page Object Model automation frameworks
Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Playwright Codegen and AI-assisted debugging solutions to support test design and script development
Create automated test scenarios for functional, regression, integration,



end-to-end and smoke testing
Investigate test failures using Playwright traces, screenshots, logs, videos and AI-assisted analysis
Implement resilient and self-healing automation approaches to reduce maintenance
Develop Bash and PowerShell scripts for workplace setup, execution, scheduling, reporting and CI/CD activities
Configure, monitor and optimise Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML
Participate in code reviews and promote automation coding standards and best practices
Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners and testers during sprint activities
Support test reporting and integrations with Azure DevOps, TestRail and Teams notifications
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on AI-driven QA and automation efficiency

What will help you succeed in this role?

4-7 years of experience in software testing and automation
At least 3 years of hands-on Playwright automation experienc
