Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect. Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines. Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience. Requirements Solid command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage. Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
