Role Description The Account Manager role at KORNIC ELCTRO WORLD PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the solar project lifecycle. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical and installation teams, tracking project progress,



and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, supporting billing and documentation, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solar solutions. The Account Manager will also contribute to local business development activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications

Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including experience handling client communications and follow-ups.
Background in sales or business development, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related electrical/technical products.
Solid organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and internal stakeholder interactions.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
