Role Description The Media Sponsorship Head is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for leading sponsorship strategy and revenue growth across media properties and brand partnerships. This role oversees end-to-end sponsorship sales cycles, including identifying prospects, building pipelines, creating compelling sponsorship packages, and closing deals with brands and agencies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sponsorship frameworks, pricing models, and inventory plans; preparing and delivering high-impact presentations and proposals; and negotiating commercial terms to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Media Sponsorship Head collaborates closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to design integrated sponsorship solutions that align with client objectives and Kreative & Co.’s creative approach. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, tracking performance of sponsorship campaigns, and providing insights to refine offerings and maximize ROI for both the agency and its partners.
Qualifications




Strong expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship strategy, with a track record of driving revenue through media and brand partnerships.
Excellent Communication and Presentations skills, including the ability to craft persuasive proposals and present to senior stakeholders.
Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Experience in media, advertising, or marketing environments, preferably in digital or integrated campaigns.
Ability to lead client-facing discussions, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
Strong analytical skills to assess sponsorship performance, interpret data, and optimize packages for better ROI.
Effective leadership and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and guide junior sales or account staff.
