SydanticIQ Technologies LLP is an AI Governance, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Advisory firm based in Bengaluru, working with clients across India, the US, and the Middle East on security, privacy, and AI governance engagements spanning BFSI, healthcare AI, and emerging technology sectors.
About the Role:
We are looking for an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running from day one with active US client engagements. You will work directly with our Principal Advisor supporting evidence gathering, gap assessments, policy documentation, compliance mapping, and audit preparation across live client engagements.
What You Will Do:
Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness engagements
Assist in DPDP Act, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance assessments for healthcare and BFSI clients
Prepare client-facing deliverables — gap reports, risk registers, policy documents, audit packs
Participate in client calls with US-based stakeholders independently




Support security architecture reviews and AI governance framework development
Research emerging regulatory requirements — EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, CERT-In
What We Are Looking For:
Must have:
1-2 years in cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, or IT risk — consulting or advisory preferred
Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal — able to handle US client conversations confidently and independently from day one
Basic understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar frameworks
Understanding of data privacy — DPDP Act, GDPR, or HIPAA
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Immediate joiner — available within one week of offer
Positive to have:
Healthcare IT security — HIPAA, HL7, EMR/EHR exposure
BFSI security — RBI, SEBI, PCI DSS exposure
AI governance — ISO 42001, EU AI Act awareness
Any security certification — CompTIA Security+, CC (ISC2), ISO 27001 Lead
